Volunteering

We reaffirm El Puerto de Liverpool’s social commitment by promoting volunteer initiatives that contribute to the well-being and development of the communities where we operate.

Our volunteer program, “Dejando Huella,” is part of the social pillar of our sustainability strategy, “La Huella,” and aims to mobilize the talent, time, and energy of our employees to contribute to the development of communities.

Through #HuellistasEnAcción, our employees actively participate in initiatives that address a variety of needs, focusing our efforts on four main areas:

• Education:We help strengthen the quality of education by improving facilities and through initiatives that motivate and support teachers and students.
• Environment: We promote the care and conservation of the environment through activities such as reforestation, the restoration of natural areas, and beach cleanups.
• Diversity and Inclusion: We foster opportunities for integration and awareness-raising that help build communities that are more inclusive and respectful of diversity.
• Food:We participate in initiatives that promote access to, distribution of, and responsible consumption of food, primarily to benefit vulnerable communities.

To carry out these actions, we collaborate primarily with foundations and civil society organizations linked to our donation program, strengthening our partnerships and expanding the reach of our initiatives.

In this way, our #HuellistasEnAcción channel their talent, time, and energy into actions that create social value and help leave a positive impact on the communities where we operate.
