The Company’s image and its presence in the media have become stronger. Only a few months after its launching, Liverpool magazine has become one of the most widely circulated magazines in the country. With media such as this, we increase the number of opportunities of being close to more clients.

The Christmas campaign, The Best Toy Store, through which we strengthened the variety, image and ease of access to this type of articles, received the EFFIE Award for best in its class, and it also increased toy sales on line, as well as the number of visits to the website.

The growing popularity of our leading, flagship fashion event, the Liverpool Fashion Fest, has come full circle upon becoming a TV program in which we exhibit the world-wide tendencies of design and fashion. The program is transmitted in prime time on a Mexican television network.

The on-going investment to intensify internet sales offers the client a growing number of articles available on line and by telephone and new ways to pay, including debit cards and reductions in home-delivery times, all with the trust, security and service that characterize us.

We changed the environments of the stores, with frequent remodeling so as to offer new and improved spaces. During 2014, we invested nearly Ps. 400 million in different remodeling projects.
